Subscription Agreement
Introduction
This Subscription Agreement governs your use of the premium subscription services provided by Likener for the Likener mobile application. This Agreement is a binding agreement between you and Likener. By subscribing to any Premium Subscription plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth herein. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not purchase or use any Premium Subscription.
This Agreement supplements the Likener User Agreement and Privacy Policy, which remain in full force and effect. All capitalized terms not defined in this Agreement shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Likener User Agreement.
Eligibility for Premium Subscription
- 1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use a Premium Subscription. You represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
- 2. Account Requirement: Likener does not require a user account to access basic App features, but Premium Subscription management is tied to your Apple ID account used for in-app purchases. You authorize us to access your subscription status through Apple's App Store services.
- 3. Eligibility Restrictions: You are not eligible for a Premium Subscription if you are prohibited from accessing the App under applicable law or if you have been previously banned or suspended from using the Likener services.
Premium Subscription Plans and Features

1. Available Plans: Likener offers three Premium Subscription plans, all providing unlimited
access to core portrait generation features without coin deductions:
- Monthly Plan: Access to unlimited portrait generations for a continuous 30-day period.
- Half-Year Plan: Access to unlimited portrait generations for a continuous 6-month period.
- Yearly Plan: Access to unlimited portrait generations for a continuous 12-month period.

2. Subscription Benefits: All Premium Subscription plans include the following exclusive benefits:
- Unlimited professional portrait generations using all available templates (Business Elite, Teacher, Designer, Doctor, Engineer, Lawyer, Artist, Chef, Athlete, Musician).
- No coin deductions for portrait generation.
- Full access to all App features, including identity preservation, gender preservation, and clean image generation.
- Priority customer support for any subscription-related inquiries.
- 3. No Additional Features: Except as explicitly stated above, Premium Subscription does not include any additional features, discounts, or benefits not listed in this section. We reserve the right to modify subscription features at any time, but any changes will not affect your current subscription period.
Subscription Pricing and Payment
- 1. Pricing: The subscription fees for each plan are displayed within the App at the time of purchase. All fees are in the currency selected in your Apple ID account and are subject to change by Apple. We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days prior to the effective date of the change through the App or via your Apple ID contact information.
- 2. Payment Processing: All payments for Premium Subscription are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store in-app purchase system. You authorize Apple to charge the applicable fee to your Apple ID payment method (e.g., credit card, Apple ID balance).

3. Billing Cycle:
- Monthly Plan: Billing occurs every 30 days, starting from the date of purchase.
- Half-Year Plan: Billing occurs every 6 months, starting from the date of purchase.
- Yearly Plan: Billing occurs every 12 months, starting from the date of purchase.

4. Auto-Renewal: By default, all Premium Subscription plans are set to auto-renew at the end of each subscription period.
This means:
- Apple will automatically charge your payment method for the next subscription period (at the then-current price) unless you cancel auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You acknowledge and agree that auto-renewal ensures uninterrupted access to Premium Subscription benefits.
- 5. Refund Policy: Subscription refunds are governed by Apple's App Store refund policy. We do not process direct refunds for subscription fees. If you are eligible for a refund, you must submit a request through Apple's App Store support channels. We will cooperate with Apple's refund process to the extent required.
Subscription Management and Cancellation

1. Managing Your Subscription: You can manage your Premium Subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time through your Apple ID account settings:
- Open the App Store on your iOS device.
- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select "Subscriptions."
- Find "Likener" in the list of active subscriptions.
- Tap "Cancel Subscription" to disable auto-renewal.
- 2. Cancellation Effective Date: If you cancel your auto-renewal, your Premium Subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining days of the subscription period.
- 3. Restoring Purchases: If you change devices or reinstall the App, you can restore your Premium Subscription by using the "Restore Purchases" feature within the App. This feature will reactivate your subscription on devices linked to the same Apple ID. We do not charge any fees for restoring purchases.

4. Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate your Premium Subscription immediately without prior notice if:
- You violate the terms of this Agreement or the Likener User Agreement.
- You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized use of the subscription.
- Apple notifies us of a payment failure or invalid payment method.
- We are required to terminate the subscription by applicable requirements.
Rights and Obligations of Subscribers

1. Subscriber's Rights:
- You have a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Premium Subscription benefits during the active subscription period.
- You may use the unlimited portrait generations for personal, non-commercial purposes only, in accordance with the Likener User Agreement.
- You retain ownership of all generated portraits, as provided in the User Agreement.

2. Subscriber's Obligations:
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information in your Apple ID account, including payment method details.
- You are responsible for all charges incurred under your subscription, including any fees resulting from auto-renewal.
- You must not share your subscription benefits with third parties or transfer your subscription to another person.
- You must comply with all applicable requirements when using the Premium Subscription features.
Rights and Obligations of Likener

1. Likener's Rights:
- We reserve the right to modify the Premium Subscription plans, features, or pricing at any time, provided that we notify you of changes in accordance with Section 4.1.
- We may suspend or terminate your Premium Subscription if we detect unauthorized use, fraud, or violation of this Agreement.
- We may update this Subscription Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App, and your continued use of the subscription after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.

2. Likener's Obligations:
- We will provide the Premium Subscription benefits in accordance with the terms outlined in this Agreement.
- We will maintain the security of our systems and processes to ensure the integrity of subscription management.
- We will respond to subscription-related inquiries and support requests within 2 business days, as outlined in our customer service policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR OTHERWISE. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, AND WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OR QUALITY OF ANY PORTRAITS GENERATED THROUGH THE SUBSCRIPTION.
Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Subscription Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in our App, Premium Subscription services, or practices. Any changes we make will be posted within the Likener App, and the updated Agreement will take effect immediately upon posting. By continuing to use the Premium Subscription after the changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the updated Agreement. We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically to stay informed about the terms governing your use of the Premium Subscription.
